In the 500 Hours training program, students will be joining first month 200 Hours yoga teacher training and second month 300 Hours and in between there will be 1 week break for rejuvenation between the course to allow the students to experience, teach and have time for self-study and practice.
During this break, students can stay in our beautiful ancient Ashram. The break is very relevant and important to allow the students to ground the knowledge shared in 200 hours and prepare themselves for the 300 hours. Students will also have the opportunity to practice and teach at our Ashram to refine their understanding and knowledge, and have access to the community while they are here. If there are any other events happening they will have the possibility to attend.
