3. Navel Chakra (Manipura) : Solar Plexuses Chakra is considered as Navel Centere or Navel Chakra. In is also known as Manipur Chakra. Mani means Jewel or Shine Pur means place or dwell.
4. Heart Chakra (Anahat) : Heart Chakra or Plexuses is considered as a centre. It is also known as Anahat Chakra. Anaahat is made up of two Sanskrit verb root Ann means unstoppable and Aahat means sound. It is also known as unstoppable continues flow of sound.
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddhi) : Throat Centre is also known as Vishuddhi Chakra. Vishuddhi is made up of two Sanskrit verb root I.e Vi means most and Suddhi means Purified.
